The company Motivation & Co South Midlands started in April 2005 as Motivation & Co Northamptonshire. In the summer of 2006 the decision was made to expand the Company into Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire and in the near future we will be expanding further into Leicestershire and Hertfordshire to complete the South Midlands Franchise.
Motivation & Co. provides specialist recreation, motivation and exercise classes for the elderly. Our classes are carried out in nursing and residential homes as part of the recreational facilities provided for residents by the home.
Our programmes have been designed by a team of qualified professional therapists and include challenging, stimulating and motivating recreational techniques that can help residents maintain or improve their emotional and physical well being.
