Goals
- Create a modern website that customers can use for information and to make a booking
- A bespoke CRM that allows bookings to be managed and edited
- Create a new unique brand design that can be used across multiple platforms including the website
Approach
- Built a custom CRM using Laravel framework and created extra features to meet the customer brief
- Create a bespoke website on WordPress to allow for easy content management and a booking system to link to the CRM
- A new brand design to include logo and a colour scheme that can be incorporated throughout multiple digital and physical platforms
Results
- The custom booking system in the website allows an easy booking process for the customer including payment, with the full profile being ready to go in the CRM.
- The bespoke CRM system makes simple management of individual bookings and clients, including having custom editable consultation forms.
- Logo and brand design has been used across the website and CRM system as well as on physical paper headers and Facebook since creation creating a clear and unique business identity
